Hi friends, I’m Vanesa. In this video I’m going to teach you some exercise progression for Ushiro Ukemi. The most important is “chin to chest” to prevent out head bounce on the tatami. It is also important to control the legs to avoid hitting our face. The first two progressions are squatting and sitting, as we progress, we increase the height.
