Jiu-Jitsu & Judo Submission Moves : Jiu-Jitsu & Judo Submission Moves: Arm Bars

On behalf of Expert Village, I am Angel Perez
with Champion Marshal Arts in Miami Florida, and today we will be teaching you Judo and
Jujitsu submission moves. Okay, the next technique is a very simple arm bar from the guard, from
the guard position. He’s on his back, I’m going to bring my arms up a little high, and
he’s going to come under my left, and grab my right, right above my elbow. From there,
he’s going to pivot his knees, sorry, pivot his waist, he’s going to step over my neck
and squeeze his knees together. Again, very painful here on the elbow. I bring my arms
up, comes under, pivot. In real life time now, okay.

  1. Ya don't listen to these guys. That is a detail even white belts know but i understand why you were confused these people say they're experts and don't even give us the proper details, what a joke.

  2. Never cross your legs when executing the arm bar from guard. You can cross your legs on the arm bar if you have taken out your opponent's base, but the bottom leg should be over the head. In other words, do the opposite of what this guys is teaching.

  3. You say that they are gays.OK. if they bring you on the ground you're done. And this sport is not gay, you have to think 🙂
