Because I hit it like this anyway, It’d be better to push in upper body a little further
and kick feet. You can take in and hit, but with lowering my body, it’s the same as taking in. Lowering body is actually a really good skill in self-defense. Hit at the lower part, but hit here first, then… You have to lower yourself enough to hit. Hit and go inside further. I’m holding this hand anyway, so… I can’t lift this leg anyway. so, first hit upper part, then kick lower part. Pull and lift the arm. That’s better. So, your arm should enter much further.
